It’s certainly worth mentioning that we had 13 successful Shannapalooza events! We thought this streak would never end, then Covid-19 happened in Feb-Mar of 2020 and our event got cancelled, along with every other festival, concert, live event, etc…

The Rhodes Haight Project was created by Charles (Chaz) Levier III. The musicians included:

Another version of the Rhodes Haight Project performed at Shannapalooza in 2014. This version included Chaz, Robert and Rico but also:

Indian from Pluto was a music project created by Robert Turner & Cristos Giotes in 2008.
This music project included included Michael Grofe on Vocals, Cristos Giotes on Drums, Robert Turner on bass and production, and Derek Everett on Trumpet. Other members joined the project later including Kristian Manoff on keyboards, Fernando Gomez on vocals, and Aaron Thurman on saxophone.

Joe Byrd was the musical brain child of Gary Watts, and the music was recorded and produced by Ian Watts. Gary and Ian have been lifetime friends of mine, and we lost Gary (RIP) in 2018. But thankfully we recorded a lot of music!
The F.L.O. had many musicians that came and went with the project over the years. We played a LOT of parties in Sacramento, CA. Some of the members includes:

Kymera was a original band featuring David Kaluba (DK) on guitar and lead vocals, Steve Dominguez on drums and vocals, and Robert Turner on bass and vocals. The band recorded and released “Confusion Said” in 2005. In 2006 Steve left the band and DK and Robert returned to the studio to record and produce “Capricorn II” but it was never released to the public. The songs below are from Capricorn II, Confusion Said is available on iTunes and Amazon music.
